1 Water: drink at least 8 to 10 cups of water a day which is boiled after natural cooling;
2 Soft: eating soft and cooked food ,it is conducive to digestion and absorption;
3 Coarse: eat foods rich in dietary fiber, such as coarse grains, potato, banana, etc;
4 Defecation: please don’t delay defecation time;
5 Moderate exercise, jogging in the morning and evening, take a walk;
6 Knead : fold two palms to knead abdomen with navel as the center, clockwise rubbing 100 times in the morning and evening ,and after nap time.
